Is my bank card saved? How do I remove it?

Your card number is entered in the secure module of our payment provider. To remove a card offered at payment, write to support.

When you pay, you enter your card in the secure module of our payment provider, not in a Bizouk form. Your Bizouk account doesn't contain a list of cards.

  1. In your orders, Bizouk only keeps the card type and its last 4 digits, so you can recognize your payment.
  2. If a card is offered to you at payment and you want to remove it, write to us from the help center, logged in to your account, stating the last 4 digits.

Special cases

Does Bizouk know my full card number?
No. The full number and the security code are entered in our payment provider's module.
Someone asks for my card number by message.
Never give it: Bizouk only asks for your card on the payment page of bizouk.com, never by email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone.
