Record a payment received in cash, by bank transfer or on my terminal

On the page of an order with an amount still due, record what the customer paid you directly, in full or in part.

When a customer pays you directly (cash, bank transfer to your account, card on your own terminal), you record it on the order so that their tickets become valid. This money is with you: Bizouk does not collect it and does not pay it out.

  1. Open Ventes › Commandes (Sales › Orders) and the order page: a Reste à payer (Amount due) box appears if an amount remains to be paid.
  2. Click Enregistrer un paiement reçu (Record a payment received).
  3. Choose how the customer paid: Espèces (Cash), Virement reçu sur votre compte bancaire (Bank transfer received to your bank account) or Carte bancaire sur votre propre terminal (Card on your own terminal).
  4. Enter the amount received (all of the rest, or only part of it), and if you wish a reference (transfer number, card receipt number) and an internal note.
  5. Click Enregistrer le paiement (Record the payment). Order fully paid: the tickets are valid. Partial payment: the tickets remain « en attente de règlement » (awaiting payment) and the rest is still shown.

Special cases

Can the customer pay the rest themselves?
Yes. The « Reste à payer » (Amount due) box shows a payment link: copy it and send it to the customer, who pays the remaining amount online.
Will Bizouk pay this money out to me?
No, since it is already with you. It appears in your sales statement as a sale collected by you, with no Bizouk commission on this amount.
And at the box office, at the time of sale?
In Ventes › Vente directe (Sales › Direct sale), when you state that you were paid directly, you enter the payment method and the amount received at the same time (all of it or a deposit). The rest is then entered on the order page.
I clicked twice: is the payment counted twice?
No, a duplicate submission of the same payment is recognized and only recorded once.
Who can record a payment?
The event's administrator and editors.
