Sell tables and packs
A pack combines an entry and extras (bottles, bar credit); linked to the table plan, it lets the buyer choose their table.
- In Billetterie › Tarifs (Ticketing › Prices), Ajouter un tarif › Pack / formule (Add a price › Pack / bundle). Choose the pricing: Prix fixe pour un groupe (Fixed price for a group: table, box, lodge for a set number of people) or Prix par personne (Price per person: the buyer chooses the number of people).
- Click Créer le pack et ajouter le contenu (Create the pack and add the content), then fill in « Que contient ce pack ? » (What does this pack contain?): items Compris d'office (Included by default), Groupe de choix (Choice group: « 1 bouteille au choix », 1 bottle of your choice), Suppléments payants (Paid extras), Crédit cashless (Cashless credit: for the whole pack or per person, credited when the order is confirmed).
- For bottles chosen in advance: Enveloppe à dépenser (Spending allowance: an amount per person, included in the price) or Minimum de consommation (Minimum spend: the table is paid separately, the bottles are paid on top, at their price, up to the minimum).
- Set up the sale (how many, when, public or private) and, if needed, Demander un responsable (Ask for a person in charge) or Demander l'heure d'arrivée, l'occasion et un message (Ask for the arrival time, the occasion and a message: optional for the customer).
- To let buyers choose a table: create your plan in Billetterie › Plan de tables (Ticketing › Table plan) with categories (e.g. « Carré VIP »). On the pack's page, Plan de tables — choix de l'emplacement (Table plan — choice of location) section: choose the plan, the mode (Facultatif or Obligatoire: Optional or Mandatory) and tick the categories: the buyer can only choose these tables.
- Follow everything in Billetterie › Tables vendues (Ticketing › Tables sold): who took which table, by session, with the content to serve. You can block, release or move a table.
Special cases
Can a customer buy several packs?
Yes: they choose a quantity as for a ticket, then make up each pack at the « Compose tes packs » (Make up your packs) step before paying. A « per person » pack is made up only once for the whole group.
My stock does not match the number of tables. What should I do?
In the price list, the badge under the price compares its stock with the tables on the plan and flags the gap. The Caler le stock sur … (Set stock to …) button sets the stock to the number of tables available for this price, never below the number already sold.
My event has several dates: is a table taken for all of them?
No: each session has its own table status. A price valid for several nights asks the buyer to choose a table for each night. In « Tables vendues » (Tables sold), choose the session to display.
What happens if I release a sold table?
The order remains paid: only the table is put back on sale. Notify the customer or assign them another table with Déplacer (Move).
Do I need to add a ticket to the pack's content?
No: the pack itself gives entry. A ticket in the content would mean two entries; the page warns you.
