Present several nights in a single email

Grouped email, recurring email every week or every month, or Bizouk shared mailings: your customers receive fewer emails.

Several nights in a single email: your customers receive fewer emails and you pay for a single send. This page is reserved for organization administrators, because it is the organization's customer base that receives these emails.

  1. Open Clients › Emailings à plusieurs soirées (Customers › Multi-night emailings).
  2. Grouped: tick the nights to present and choose the send date. The email goes out once.
  3. Recurring: give it a name (your venue or your concept, shown large at the top of the email), the rule for the nights to include (venue contains…, title contains…, except if…), the frequency (every week, every two weeks or every month), the day and the time.
  4. Choose the mode: À relire (To review: the campaign is prepared at the scheduled time, you are notified by email and it goes out when you click « Envoyer » (Send)) or Envoi automatique (Automatic sending).
  5. Further down, in Mailings Bizouk ouverts à vos soirées (Bizouk mailings open to your nights), register your nights for the Bizouk shared mailings that interest you.

Special cases

What is a Bizouk shared mailing?
An email sent by Bizouk to its customers in a region or for a venue, for example the weekend's outings. Bizouk sets the criterion (the region, the venue) but does not choose the nights: only those registered by their organizer appear in it.
How much does a shared mailing cost?
A fixed price per registered night, shown next to the mailing (some are free). It is only charged if the email actually went out with your night, and it is deducted from your payout.
Can I remove my night?
Yes, up to 24 hours before sending, with « La retirer » (Remove it).
Can I register everything at once?
Yes: « Inscrire automatiquement mes prochaines soirées » (Automatically register my upcoming nights) adds only your upcoming nights that meet the criterion, except those you remove.
